The Chief Executive Officer of embattled gold dealership company, Menzgold, Nana Appiah Mensah popularly known as NAM 1 has stated his plans to have a press conference on 19th August, 2019.
His press conference should touch on issues relating to the Menzgold saga that has been on-going for a while now.
NAM 1 and his company Menzgold hit the rocks after the Central Bank of Ghana and the Economic and Organized Crime Office (EOCO) declared he wasn’t certified to undertake in gold dealership business. NAM 1 also faced a long court case in Dubai but won the case and was freed to Ghana. When he landed, he was again detained by police and processed before court where he was granted bail to the tune of a whooping GHS 1 billion. Upon days of battle, he was released after meeting the requirements and is yet to make a statement to aggrieved clients.
In a post on Zylofon Fm’s facebook page, subsidiary of his companies, he is scheduled to meet the press on 19th August to address among other things, the state of his companies, solutions and practical resolutions for the future.
Customers who have their monies locked up with his company and the rest of Ghana will be keen on hearing from NAM 1.
