English professional footballer, Lewis Hall has completed his move to Newcastle United from from Chelsea.
Hall who was born on September 8, 2004, is Newcastle’s fifth signing of the summer and has been handed the No 20 shirt.
He made 12 senior appearances at Stamford Bridge, including two starts against Newcastle last season, but was allowed to move on in search of more game time.

‘I’m very proud. Me and my family are Newcastle fans, and for me and my brother growing up, it was drilled into us that we were Newcastle,’ Hall said.
Lewis Hall arrived at Newcastle’s training ground last Friday to undergo his medical, with boss Eddie Howe confirming his interest in the youngster at his press conference.
Howe also confirmed Hall would conclude the club’s business in this window.
Hall began his career in Chelsea’s academy, joining at the age of eight in 2012, and he worked his way through the club’s youth system before making his senior debut under former boss Thomas Tuchel in January 2022.
The England Under-21 international was named Chelsea’s Academy Player of the Year last season and made a total of 11 first-team appearances, including eight Premier League starts.
Hall primarily operated as either a left-back or left wing-back at Chelsea, but he can also play furher forward on the left wing, and he is expected to provide competition for the likes of Dan Burn and Matt Targett for a place in Howe’s starting lineup.
Hall could be available to make his Newcastle debut in Sunday’s Premier League contest against Liverpool at St James’ Park.
