The art of recording music might seem a tedious task for certain people but not for Ghanaian rapper David Kwaku Effum Boafo known by his stage name Obibini as he has stated that he can produce 4 albums if he is asked to do so within a short period of time.
Obibini was in an interview with Andy Dosty on Friday when he made this assertion.
As monitored by ghlinks.com.gh, the rapper signed on Zylofon Music said he was signed for 4 years to produce 4 albums. Ironically, it’s been 2 years (he was signed on the record label in 2017) and he still doesn’t have an album out on the market.
In a quick response to why he doesn’t have any album out, the rapper established that he has done lots of recordings and can compile 4 albums and release them on the market but lots of processes has to be done by his record label and it’s been quite challenging since the issues of Menzgold and its affiliated companies popped up. “The thing is I record every day and when you tell me to bring out 4 albums right now I won’t lie to you I can produce them for you”.
The rapper established that his team is working tirelessly to get his first album out for him irrespective of the challenges involved because it has to be done right and that very soon the album and its release date will be out.
