Hearts Of Oak star Emmanuel Nettey has joined the ongoing trend and participated in the #Stayhomechallenge by posting a video on his twitter page.
With a 4 week ban being placed on all social gatherings including sporting activities, Hearts of Oak stalwart,Emmanuel Nettey chose to pass time by participating in the ongoing #stayhomechallenge trend.
The trend involves several footballers juggling a t-roll as they spend some time in self quarantine as a measure to protect themselves in the wake of the coronavirus or CONVID 19 outbreak.

Emmanuel Nettey joined Hearts of Oak as a free agent after spending some time at Inter Allies before his contract ended with the Tema based club.
He has been immense since joining the Phobians and his performances have lit up the Accra Sports Stadium.
With man of the match performances in 3 games this season, to go with some other brilliant displays, Nettey has easily become a fan favorite and is looking to go on from where he stops when the league resumes.
Hearts of Oak’s final game before the league went on break was an emphatic 4-0 win over Accra Great Olympics in the Mantse derby.
They were scheduled to play King Faisal before the Ghana Premier League got disrupted by the CONVID 19 outbreak.
