Charlie Sheen’s neighbor named Electra Schrock has been arrested after being accused of assaulting the actor in a Malibu, California, home this week, authorities said.
Electra Schrock was arrested for assault with a deadly weapon, the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department said in a statement Friday.
Electra Schrock is 47 years old.
She was also taken into custody for force likely to create bodily injury and burglary.
What happened
Deputies responded around 1 p.m. on Wednesday to Sheen’s Malibu home, located in the 6000 block of Cavalleri Road, regarding a battery/disturbance call.
Authorities said Sheen’s neighbor, Schrock, had forced her way into his home and attacked him upon entering.
They did not list a motive for the attack, but TMZ reports Schrock ripped Sheen’s shirt and tried to strangle him before returning to her house, where she was taken into custody, according to the department.
According TMZ, Schrock dumped trash in front of Sheen’s door the day before the attack and explained he is the one who called 911.
Sheen, 58, is best known for playing Charlie Harper on the long-running sitcom “Two and a Half Men.” His big screen credits include “Wall Street,” “The Three Musketeers” and “Major League.”
