Mr. George Amoako, the CEO of the club is one of those affected by the decision. The administrator, is a member of the executive council the GFA and also the head of the Black Stars Management Committee.
In the last few weeks, a lot of criticism has been directed to MR. George Amaoko in particular and it seems he has not survived the exodus at the club.
During his time as CEO of the club, Kotoko made it to the group stages of the Confederations cup before winning the normalisation committee special competition; Tier 1 afterwards.
The club also made good strides in winning smaller competitions and trophies like the 2019 President’s Cup against fierce rivals, Accra Hearts of Oak.
