Lansing Police have a arrested Rashad Trice, a 26-year-old man who has been identified as the suspect who kidnapped Wynter Smith.
Rashad Trice is believed to have kidnapped two-year-old Wynter Cole Smith, cops have said.
According to local police, he is known to drive a white 2013 Chevrolet Impala.
The license plate is: EJR6098.

Michigan police have issued an amber warning as they search for missing two-year-old Wynter Cole Smith.
Smith is a Black female with braided shoulder-length hair and was last seen wearing a white T-shirt with rainbows, the Lansing Police Department reported on social media.
The alert was initially sent around 1 a.m. when Lansing police said they were looking for Trice after he allegedly took Smith over the weekend.
They had last been seen around 11:30 p.m. on July 2.
