If you’re a fan of pageants and have been following the local pageants, you may have heard of Kiana Yamat.
The 22-year-old is the reigning Miss Hawaii USA 2022, and she will be competing at Miss USA.
But who is Kiana Yamat, really? And what do you need to know about her before she competes for the national title?

Who is Kiana Yamat?
Kiana Yamat is a 22-year-old engineer and beauty queen from Honolulu, Hawaii.
On 19th February 2022, she was crowned Miss Hawaii USA 2022 in a very well-organized event held at the Hawaii Convention Center in Honolulu.

She will represent the state of Hawaii at the national level in the Miss USA pageant as the current Miss Hawaii USA 2022.
In 2016, she graduated with a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Hawaii at Manoa.
Between May 2015 and August 2015 she worked as an intern at Hensel Phelps, and from August 2016 to September 2017 she worked for the company as a field engineer.
She worked as a design engineer for BFK Engineers in San Francisco from February 2018 to May 2020.
In her spare time, Kiana enjoys spending time with her family and friends on the beach or by the pool.
Her current Instagram followers are 1,600, but since she is currently Miss Hawaii USA 2022, we are confident that number will rise as her popularity grows.
