Respect our privacy – Tubaba finally speaks on family crisis

Nigerian legendary singer, Innocent Idibia, popularly known as Tubaba has finally broken silence on the ongoing family feud which emanated from his wife, Annie Idibia’s social media outburst.

Annie had called out Tubaba and his family, accusing them of not loving her or being in support of their marriage. The musician’s wife have over the past week been engaged in a bitter drama online with his family members.

Also, in a leaked phone call recording, the actress threatened that she would “scatter everything” because her husband had travelled out of the country without her knowledge, seemingly to be with Pero.

Reacting after a long week of silence, Tubaba, urged both families to call a truce and he pleaded with the public to respect his family’s privacy.

He wrote; ”I ADMIT THAT BRINGING OUR PERSONAL ISSUES ON SOCIAL MEDIA WAS NOT COOL BUT I WILL NOT SIT BACK AND WATCH EVERYBODY HAVE A FREE FOR ALL BATTLE HERE IN THE NAME OF LOVE OR SOLIDARITY.

NONE OF US IS PERFECT. I WILL LIKE TO URGE OUR FAMILIES AND SUPPORTERS TO STOP THE MADNESS AND THE PUBLIC TO PLEASE RESPECT OUR PRIVACY AND OUR KIDS, LET US DEAL WITH OUR ISSUES INTERNALLY. I TAKE GOD BEG UNA”
