Popular Ghanaian numerologist Malam Shamuna Jibril has revealed that today the chairperson of the Electoral Commission, Jean Adukwei Mensah will sweat even in the midst of powerful air-conditioners due to the technical nature of questions from renowned lawyer Tsatsu Tsikata.
