Napier Marten ( born on March 28, 1959) is a 63 year old British film and music producer.
He is also know to be the father of Constance Marten, the 36 years old British woman who disappeared with her partner and their baby.
Currently his daughter, Constance Marten, and her partner Mark Gordon, 48, are in police custody after being arrested in Brighton on suspicion of child neglect.
Napier Marten is the son of Mary Anna Marten – whose godmother was the late Queen Mother.
Marten – who was a page to Queen Elizabeth – owned the Crichel estate in Dorset before he gave up his fortune for a life in Australia.
He shaved his head, joined a group of indigenous people and had an out-of-body experience.

He married Virginie de Selliers in 1986 and the couple had four children together, of which Constance is the oldest.

Napier Marten reacts to the news of his daughter being found
Napier Marten has spoken of his “immense relief” that his daughter has been found but said he was extremely worried about her newborn baby, who is still missing .
Napier Marten, who issued two heartfelt pleas while his daughter was on the run with her convicted rapist partner, told The Independent that “whatever the weather, I love her dearly and will support her best I can”.
But he added that it would have been “far better if they had handed themselves in earlier”.
