The Richmond County Sheriff’s Office (RCSO) is asking for the public’s help in locating a 19-year-old man in connection with an incident that involved a child being shot in the head.
Ladarion Christopher Ryans is considered armed and dangerous.
He is described as being 5’8″ tall and weighing approximately 175 pounds.
According to RCSO, the child was found at 11:00 p.m. on Sunday night with what may have been a self-inflicted gunshot wound. One woman has been taken into custody and charged with five counts of cruelty to children in the second degree.
The 4-year-old boy was transported to a local hospital for treatment. His condition is currently unknown.
