Singer signed unto Burniton Music Group, Kelvynboy isn’t done with his numerous jabs towards Wendy Shay after the two had had a bad encounter at the Peace Conference between Stonebwoy and Shatta Wale.
In a latest interview with controversial television show host Delay on her Delay show, the singer said he writes timeless songs that last, unlike Rufftown Records signee, Wendy Shay.
The singer was reacting the surprise he felt when the news of him snubbing Wendy Shay rocked the airwaves and social media and gained a rather surprising attention. He said he didn’t even foresee that happening because it was an incident that didn’t need such attention.
The singer further said Ghanaians pay attention to unnecessary stuff that made less sense rather than paying attention to the good music that he does.
Talking about the kind of songs he does, Kelvynboy made emphasis to his song with rapper Medikal titled Toffee and said it’s still relevant because it’s timeless unlike Wendy Shay who records with Shatta Wale and yet doesn’t have songs that last. “Listen to my song ‘ma me nsa’ with Medikal. It’s now gaining attention after I released it sometime ago because it’s a timeless song but they write songs for you which you feature Shatta Wale and yet it’s nowhere near my music”.
In a twist of event, Kelvynboy said Wendy Shay isn’t her type of girl, because he likes descent ladies like his host, Delay.
