Dr. Kweku Oteng is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Angel Group of companies who started his hustle as a street hawker by selling and making creams at Bremang, a community in the Ashanti Region.
Currently, he owns a chain of businesses in Ghana’s herbal medicines, broadcasting, beverages, and transport industries.
He also is known as a philanthropist who funded scholarships for needy students over the years.

Daughter
Fransisca Oteng Mensah is the daughter of Dr. Kwaku Oteng and the Member of Parliament (MP) of the Kwabre East constituency.
She is the youngest parliamentarian of the fourth republic of Ghana. Mensah is a third-year Law student at the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology.
Her father was reported to have supported her financially during her election campaign.
Career
In 2001, he made his mark on the business world with Angel Herbal Products Industry, which started a transformation in the herbal medicine sector.
Following the success with Angel Herbal Products, he went on to establish Angel Group of Companies. The group has under its umbrella Angel Broadcasting Services Limited, Angel Transport and Trading Limited, Angel Estate and Construction Limited, Angel Natural Mineral Water, and Adonko Bitters Limited.
Angel Broadcasting Services operates Accra-based Angel TV, a digital television station as well as commercial radios including Angel 96.1FM and Pure 95.7FM in (Kumasi), Angel 102.9FM in Accra, Angel 92.3FM and Cheers 94.9FM (Sunyani), and Cheers 94.5 (Koforidua). The CEO of Angel Group of Companies has also shown commitment in sports promotion over the years through his popular Angel FM and health products subsidiary.
Awards
Dr. Kwaku Oteng was adjudged the Entrepreneur of the Year 2013 for his contribution to economic growth and job creation in Ghana.
In 2017, he was selected as the recipient of the Outstanding Industrialist Award, which honors Ghanaians who have helped transform various Ghanaian industries.

Dr. Oteng is legally married to four wives, and now, he has picked one Linda Achiaa as the fifth wife.
