It’s amazing what music fans and lovers do in all in an effort of showing love to musicians. While some climb the stage to beg for a hug even amidst tight security, others also tattoo themselves with the names of their favorite musicians. We can go on to cite a million and one other examples.
The latest that has got us marveled is a revelation by the BHIM Nation president, Stonebwoy.
The award-winning dancehall artiste has revealed in a phone interview that a female fan who was so enthused about his performance threw an underwear at him on stage. “At an event, somebody had to throw her underwear at me”, he said.
Stonebwoy is currently out of the country on his Shuga tour of Europe. In a phone interview with broadcaster KMJ on Accra based Television station, Joy Prime on Wednesday, the Top Skanka hit maker said he was performing in Netherlands when he took off his shirt and saw the underwear fly to towards him on stage. He disclosed that he initially was skeptical about it but after close observation realized it was a female underwear. “When I saw the thing I thought it was a cloth or something but when I saw the thing properly I was like damn!”, he said laughing.
The evidently surprised but excited Stonebwoy disclosed that it was the first time he had received such reactions from a crowd in Europe and attributed it to his music travelling and going far.
