Controversial dancehall artiste, Charles Nii Armah Mensah aka Shatta Wale has been in the news for some days now after his beef with former friend now enemy, Pope Skinny broke the internet.
The two have gone back and forth with insults and revelations into secrets in their personal lives.
In a development on matters arising from the said beef, Shatta Wale has disclosed that his former manager, Julio Cyriaano Olympio is no longer with the SM camp and left on his own accord even before he was fired.
Narrating what caused the development in an interview with Anorld of Vibes In 5 as monitored by ghlinks.com.gh, the controversial artiste said prior to his Thanksgiving concert at Mankye Agbonaa last year, Kasapreko sponsored the program with Ghs 50,000. He had some needs to attend to so he took Ghs15,000 and gave his former manager Ghs35,000 to see to the organization of the event. He showed up at the event to perform only to be left standing for more than 30 munities due to sound problems.
When he queried what went on, he realized that the sound systems were systems he used way back when he was in Nima. He felt disappointed and asked Julio to refund the money since he didn’t see what the money was used for. Sometime later, Julio met with someone at the A&C mall and told the person that his mother has advised him to leave the SM camp.
The numbers of members who have been sacked form the camp numbers 6 in all- Blade, Stone, Good Over Evil, Bone, Pope Skinny and Julio. Touching on whether it won’t affect the SM Empire, Shatta Wale said the camp is about nobody but Shatta Wale. He added that he was doing his thing before they joined him and will continue to do his thing when they all leave. “I managed my thing 10 years before I met them.”
