Musicians, Shatta Wale and Medikal have both served their days in remand and are expected to appear before court today October 26, 2021.
Shatta was arrested with three other accomplices after faking a gunshot attack.
Shatta was arrested on October 19, 2021.
He, however, pleaded not guilty to the charge of the publication of false news and causing fear and panic.
His accomplices, Kojo Owusu Koranteng, Idris Yusif, and Eric Venator have also been charged for abetment of crime.
Medikal was also arrested on October 21, 2021 for brandishing a gun on social media.
He was denied police inquiry bail after he was arrested on Thursday night by personnel of the Ghana Police Service and had to spend the night in custody.
He was eventually remanded into prison custody for five days which ends today.
