Mark Birnbaum and Catch Hospitality Group are among other defendants listed in a lawsuits against 55-year-old Oscar-winning actor, Jamie Foxx.
The lawsuit alleges that Mark Birnbaum and his firm enabled the assault and failed to adequately supervise their employees.

Mark is the co-founder of the Catch Hospitality Group, formerly EMM Group, which was founded in 2006 with his co-partner, Eugene Remm.

In 2017, Mark sold of half of his hospitality company EMM Group to world’s biggest restaurant owner, billionaire Tilman Feritta of Landry.
