Two people Jalen Young and Michael Pike are dead and the man accused of shooting them has been arrested and booked in the Elkhart County jail.
Elkhart Police responded to call in the 3100 block of Northview Drive of a shooting with injuries.
According to police, upon arrival police found two men suffering from apparent gunshot wounds lying in the parking lot in front of Galley Sports Pub. One man was pronounced dead on the scene.
Police identified him as Michael Pike, 30.
The second man was transported to the hospital for treatment and was pronounced dead at the hospital.
Police identified him as Jalen Young, 24.
In their investigation Elkhart Police found and detained a suspect.
Elkhart Police also located and detained a suspect at the scene. Christain Wall, 22, was arrested and booked into the Elkhart County Jail on preliminary suspicion of Murder.
The arrest will be forwarded to the Elkhart County Prosecutor’s Office for review of formal criminal charges.
