The 20th edition of the annual Vodafone Ghana Music Awards came off at the Accra International Conference Center some hours ago and didn’t receive the applauds it deserved after two of Ghana’s biggest dancehall acts, Shatta Wale and Stonebwoy clashed on the stage.
As to who is to blame for the nasty incident, we leave that in the hands of the law to decide but a post sited by ghlinks.com.gh has given us a reason to believe that the self-acclaimed dancehall king, Shatta Wale might be quitting Ghanaian music sooner than he should have.
In the said post that we came across, the SM boss known for recording diss songs after incidents happen on took to his facebook page to state categorically that this time around, he isn’t recording any but has better things to do with his time. he stated that the story would be told that he didn’t have a competitor till he entered real estate business and that as it stands, he has made enough money from the music business.
Shatta Wale concluded by sending a congratulatory message to his fan base.
