Queen Haizel has revealed that she almost gave up her interest in music after radio presenter Nana Romeo discouraged her.
According to her, Nana Romeo wanted to have a sexual relationship with her although the initial conversation was about promoting her music.
In an interview on TV Africa, she narrated how she had to play along, chatting with Nana Romeo on video calls all in an attempt to get her music out there.
She noted that Nana Romeo cut communications when he saw she would not budge.
But she reached out to him again to help promote a new song she had released at the time; leading to a meeting in her house. She claimed that he wanted to sleep with her and when she refused, he blatantly told her there was no way she would make it in the music industry.
