In this era of COVID 19, lots of businesses have seen a rather bad year. Many people can’t help but complain about how harsh the economy has been so far.
An industry that has been hi t hard is the Ghanaian music industry. Lots of artistes complain that their inanity to play at shows and events has taken a bad swipe at their finances.
Rapper Strongman Burner sis however hopeful and thinks things are not that bad. In an interview with Etv’s late night celebrity show with Foster Romanus, the rapper stated that musicians manage some small cash from streams.
“At the end of the day, we’re still making a few coins from our craft, basically from YouTube, iTunes and the other streaming platforms. Sometimes, we do get features and someone or two endorsements as well, so at least we’ll manage”, he said.
Strongman pleaded with the public to continue supporting them with streams so as to help make their lives easier. By so doing, they can in turn entertain better.
