Award-winning entertainer and business mogul, Desmond Kwesi Blackmore known in showbiz as D Black has touched on how he spends his money and has said he doesn’t indulge in spending his money on lavish lifestyles.
The rapper told host Kisa Gbekle in an interview on Accra based TV station GhOne.
Lavish lifestyle has become the order of the day for most celebrities in our part of the world. Whiles most of them live the fake life to get the attention of society, some struggle with making something out of life in old age with what they actually earn.
D Black has another view about the lavish lifestyle of a celebrity. In the interview, the rapper said like most of his colleagues who travel to places like Dubai and America for expensive holiday treats, he barely indulges in such activities and buying of expensive clothes. “Everybody wants to have money.
You travel to Dubai, America to chill, buy cars and designer clothes. I hardly buy designer clothes and I have never owned more than three cars in my life,” he said on GhOne Tv.
The rapper added that he has learnt to invest his money wisely in business ventures which fetches him money from time to time. He is a nightclub owner, a record label owner, a clothing line owner among other business vetures.
