After more than a year of being together, she moved to Atlanta where Freddie plays baseball for the Braves and where she got started in her real estate venture.
Freddie Freeman proposed to Chelsea Goff on January 19, 2014, and on November 22, 2014, the couple tied the knot at the St. Regis Bal Harbor in Miami, Florida.
