Veteran Ghanaian actor and the current Commercial Manager of GhanaWeb, Ekow Blankson, has died at the age of 50.
The actor who was born on 16th March 1972, was rushed to the hospital on Sunday, 2 October and passed away early in the morning.
The news of his demise was confirmed by Multimedia’s Hitz FM on their Twitter page but they never made any revelations about the cause of the death of the legendary movie star.

Until his sudden demise, Ekow Blankson was the Commercial Manager of Ghanaweb.
He worked with Media General as the Director of Brands and Corporate Communications.
Ekow Blankson was popular and starred in movies like Borga, Frozen Emotion, Savannah, In April, Checkmate, Illusions, A Woman Scorned, Pool Party, Famous and others.
He had a Masters Degree in Fine Arts and a Diploma in Theatre Arts (Drama) from the University of Ghana, Legon.
He also graduated from the Heineken Global Commerce University, Amsterdam with a marketing certificate.
