EIU Lacks Credibility To Predict Winner Of 2024 Polls – Otokunor

Deputy General Secretary of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), Peter Boama Otokunor, has questioned the credibility of the Economic Intelligence Unit (EIU) in predicting the results of the 2024 elections.

The report predicts a win for the NDC, however, with a new candidate other than John Dramani Mahama.

Describing it as laughable Otukonor said “I have seen the aspect on the Election Watch and I think it is most ridiculous to suggest that we could win 2024 if we change our candidate”.

“I have maintained that you do not use guess work and conjectures in analyzing political situation or economic situation. I have my own position about the EIU reports, I think they are not credible enough and they do not provide any credible recommendations for any political strategist to apply”, he said.
