Award-winning American rapper, Chancelor Jonathan Bennett popularly known as Chance The Rapper might be paying a visit to the motherland, Ghana after all.
This follows rapper Sarkodie‘s speech after picking the BET Hip Hop award for Best international Flow over the weekend in USA.
The Ghanaian rapper after picking the award urged the black community in America to consider visiting the continent and Ghana for that matter since its the year of return. “This is the Year of Return and u will urge each and everyone if you here to take a trip back home. When you are coming to Africa, choose Ghana”, he said.
His speech which has been described as amazing has got a lot of people talking and applauding him.
American rapper Chance the Rapper tool to his official twitter handle to drop the hint of his possible visit to Ghana days after Sarkodie’s speech. He tweeted;

The Year of Return was made official by the president, H.E Nana Addo Dankwa Akuffo Addo In September last year and has already seen the visit of some prolific black Americans who have taken the opportunity to visit Ghana to learn more about the history of the slave trade which ended some hundreds of years ago.
