It happened on the exit ramp from eastbound Interstate 275 to Springfield Pike at 10:17 a.m. Hamilton County deputies and Springdale police were dispatched to the scene for a report of a fatal crash.

According to a press release from the Springdale Police Department, 57-year-old Darren Hayes, of Miamisburg, was standing on the outside of his disabled Kenworth truck.
