Woman warms hearts as she serves her housemaid on her birthday

A woman has become a social media sweetheart after a gesture she meted out to her maid warmed the hearts of many.

Tiffany Lakin Eckersley, a Facebook user, took to the social networking site, to reveal how her mum celebrated their housemaid by serving her on her birthday.

According to Tiffany’s post on Facebook group #ImStaying, her mum treats her the house help as part of their family.

The young lady shared a sweet picture of her mother serving the maid breakfast.

Tiffany’s mum’s face was however, cropped out of the image.

She also spoke about her mum’s respect for everyone, no matter what their title is.

In her words; “Yesterday was our helper’s birthday and this is a picture of my mum serving her breakfast. Our helper has become apart (sic) of our family.

“My mum doesn’t know colour! And is referred to by everyone as Ma or Ol Lady. She is so selfless and gives everybody her best. She believes that the CEO and the cleaner should be respected the same and here she is showing it.

“I am staying because colour never mattered, we are all human.”
