Entertainment journalist with Accra based Media-Generale, Mzgee has stated she has started having the impression that dancehall act Stonebwoy beats his wife at home.
The presenter said this on a show she hosts on TV3, Simply Showbiz.
Stonnebwoy has been in the news for several days now after he assaulted the manager of award-winning rapper Sarkodie, Angel Town at the final rehearsal session for his Black Love Concert. After the incident which had him called off from performing, many have criticized his action by relating him to a violent character. Stonebwoy has however come out to render an apology to all parties involved.
Defending her submission on live television, Mzgee stated that she has heard people say on different social media platforms that Stonebwoy beats his wife at home, considering his bad temper and added that her producer was also in agreement with her submission.
Panelists George Britton and Ola Michael were however quick in defending Stonebwoy stating that he was a gentleman who only acted out of anger.
