Maisa da Silva Andrade, 19 years old, is a Brazilian actress and presenter.
She is best known for her role as Valéria Ferreira in the Carrossel franchise, including a telenovela and two movies.
When Maisa was only three years old, she made her television debut as a musical lip-syncer, singer, and stage secretary on the Programa Raul Gil, on Rede Record, then on Band.
In 2007, she signed a contract with SBT to present the children’s programs Sabado Animado and Domingo Animado.
She became popular for her appearances in the Programa Silvio Santos in 2008, where she answered random questions posed by the show’s owner, Silvio Santos, who is also a Brazilian television icon.
The Brazilian media often referred to Maisa as a “prodigy girl” and “the girl on Silvio Santos’s eyes.”.
Since then, she has been one of the leading artists of the network.
In 2017 she presents her own program “Programa da Maisa” at SBT.

In 2020, she announced her departure from SBT after 13 years to undertake exchange and also dedicate herself to other projects, such as productions on Netflix.
