Lollapalooza, a 4-day music festival in Chicago, is usually held from the end of July to early August.
Lollapalooza 2022, however, will take place from Thursday, July 28 to Sunday, July 31 this year.

Opening hours are 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.
Tickets
Tickets for four-day events go on sale at noon CT on Tuesday for $350 to $4,200.
Single-day passes will be available soon.
Artiste performing
The headlining acts are Metallica, Dua Lipa, J. Cole, Green Day, Doja Cat, Machine Gun Kelly, Lil Baby, and Kygo.
There will also be performances by: Charli XCX, Big Sean, Turnstile, King Princess, Denzel Curry, Caroline Polachek, Muna, 100 gecs, Rolling Blackouts Coastal Fever, Horsegirl, Wet Leg, Young Nudy, Midwxst, Jazmine Sullivan, and many others.
Organizers noted that health and safety policies — such as negative tests, masks and proof of vaccination — may be required for the event, similar to last year. Details of any necessary measures will be announced ahead of the festival.
