When I find another man, I will pay his ‘groom price’ – Tonto Dikeh

Ever since Tonto Dikeh and husband, Olakunle Churchill, got divorced, a lot of social media users have been asking the actress to get married again.

Just recently, a fan asked the actress to get married because she is getting old and Tonto Dikeh gave an interesting response.

“No woman is complete without a husband. The beauty of a woman is her husband. No woman is complete without her husband go and marry, you are getting old.”, the fan said.

In her response, the actress said when she finds another man, she will pay his ‘groom price’ and bear the cost of the wedding.

“When I find another man I am willing to pay his groom price and sponsor his wedding. I will”, she said.

In the African society, a man pays a pride price for the woman he wants to marry.

Women don’t pay ‘groom prices’ for the men they are getting married to.

It is however surprising that Tonto Dikeh intends to probably be the first to set such a benchmark.

Tonto Dikeh had earlier taken to her Instagram page to make a post about the things she was thankful for and how her past mistakes have shaped her into the woman that she is today.
