Wendy Shay ridicules celebs who received fake UN Award

Wendy Shay will not be left out of the trolling of her colleagues who were awarded ‘fake’ UN awards by one Dr Kwame Fordjour.

Over last weekend, the like os Sarkodie, D-Black, Berla Mundi, Johnnie Hughes, Nathaniel Attoh and number of other renowned celebrities were awarded supposed UN awards for their humanitarian services.

It now emerged that Dr Fordjour is a con artist for 25 years with mental health issues. In 2004 he scammed SHS graduates in Kumasi with a promise to get them into KNUST.

Wendy Shay definitely had to have a say about the trending saga and has taken to social media to react.

Though Wendy did not mention or tag any celebrity/politician, her reaction was directed at those personalities who didn’t fact-check the award scheme before getting on board.

She quizzed on why none of the awardees did thorough research before running to take feeding bottles and papers as honorary awards?

In a tweet, Shay wrote;

“When I tell Ghana to wake up U ppl think I’m joking So nobody could research about the background of dis (UN award ) Ghanafour p3 Award Award ne ha t)L) Ghana wake up !!”
