The trending issue for some days now has been the beef between two rap heavyweights, Medikal and Strongman Burner.
Both rappers have kept Ghanaian rap music lovers talking with their back-to-back diss songs which they’ve directed to each other over the past few days.
Just yesterday, Medikal dropped ‘Drip’, which was followed by Strongman Burner also dropping ‘Ups and Downs’ which her featured rapper Manifest.
While many have assumed that the rap song is a diss song which he directed to Medikal’s ‘Drip‘ song, Strongman Burner has stated otherwise.
In an interview with Accra based Joy FM on Monday and monitored by ghlinks.com.gh, the trending rapper has stated that he recorded Ups and Downs some 4 weeks ago, obviously not to reply Medikal’s ‘Drip‘.
“I recorded Ups And Down a month ago and I sent it to Manifestive as of May 7th. Perhaps the timing was right and the Ups And Downs was not a beef song,” he said.
Ups and Downs has got Medikal throwing shots at rapper Manifest for what he alleges as the rapper involving himself in matters that doesn’t need his attention.
