Cosmetic surgery has gradually become a thing among ladies. It’s quite unclear to tell which ladies actually possess the real beauty they parade about with, especially the television personalities we see around.
One notable figure who has openly come out to say she has undergone cosmetic surgery is Nigerian actress Tonto Dikeh.
In an interview with BBC News Pidgin, the controversial actress has disclosed why she made the decision to undergo cosmetic surgery and has said she did so to boost her self-confidence and esteem.
The actress, who had the interview, alongside two other ladies whose faces were hidden from the cameras revealed that having big boobs and butts has boosted their self-confidence as ladies as they now parade themselves confidently.
Hitting on the challenges she faces after openly coming out to say she had cosmetic surgery, the single mother of one said the African society possesses a stereotype against ladies who have adapted to the 21st century’s invention of beauty and tag them as wayward but she has managed to overcome the stigma and doesn’t feel intimidated by society.
Two plastic surgeons who spoke to the interviewers separately brought out some challenges that comes up as a result of undergoing cosmetic surgery and said they critically examine people who come for such surgeries for days to tell their skin reaction to the process before operating on them to prevent future calamities.
