Tecno recently launched the second generation smartphone from the Spark Series, with a partnership with GOOGLE.
The new Spark 2 is powered by Google’s latest Android 8.1 Oreo (Go Edition), which is highly optimized to give the best performance needed. The Spark 2 comes with some cool high end features like the Face ID and FULL VIEW 18:9 display. Let’s have a look inside the SPARK 2 Box.

Design and Body:
The Spark 2 is super sleeker than the first Spark and that is where we send a huge thumbs up to the Tecno Design Team for pushing for a sleeker and prettier design even though it has a little similarity with the Camon X.
Beneath the camera is the fingerprint scanner that helps to secure the phone against unauthorized access as well as to answer calls.
At the top left of the screen is the 8 megapixel camera, with a dual flashlight for a perfect selfie as well as a 13megapixel rear camera for even better pictures even in the dark.
Just like the Camon X, the Spark 2 has its audio jack port situated at the bottom end of the phone alongside the charging port and speakers.
At the right side of the phone is the volume controller and the power button, whilst the left side of the device houses the SD card and dual Nano SIM cards.
First Impression and review
Well so far so good, TECNO did quite an amazing job with the design of the Spark 2. The plastic build is sleek and amazingly cool and also has a beautiful back cover that protects the phone whilst beautifying it at the same time.
With all these amazing features like the Face ID fitted into this phone as well as the 13MP back camera with Ring Tri flash that enables one to take amazing lovely pictures even in the dark it also comes with a 3500mah battery.
The Mix Flash 2.0 gives you a much brighter selfie even at night and with better picture quality given its 13mp back camera and 8mp front selfie camera. Mix Flash is a big deal in smartphone photography hence the 2.0 gives the Spark 2 users added advantage of the Mix Flash Technology resulting in not just brighter images but images with high definitions.
The colours of the Tecno spark 2 gives you the perfect colour package with the Bordeaux Red, Midnight Black and Champagne Gold perfect for any occasion.
So far the TECNO Spark 2 looks impressive with its sleek design and added features. It is quite an upgrade from the previous Spark. Below are the Specs for the Tecno spark 2
