Supreme Court Adjourns After Granting Mahama’s Lawyers Leave To Amend Their Petition

The Supreme Court has adjourned to 19th January 2020 after granting the Petitioners leave to amend their Petition and submit to the Court’s registry by 4 pm today.

The Court also granted the respondents leave to file their amended responses by 4 pm tomorrow.

The Petitioner, Mr John Dramani Mahama was present in court. The first and second respondents were represented by Madam Jean Mensa (Chairman of EC), and Peter Mac Manu (NPP Campaign Manager) respectively.

The Petitioner was represented by legal Counsels; Tony Lithur and Tsatsu Tsikata, while the 1st respondent was represented by Counsels; Amenuvor and Asamoah.

The Second Respondent was also represented by counsels; Akoto Ampaw, Frank Davies, Asirifi and Oppong.
