Stonebwoy Kicked Out Of VGMA Nominees Jam Again & Replaced With Samini

Screen Shot 2017 12 01 at 3.52.05 PM

Stonebwoy was  ‘Stoppable’ after all? Well, a new report indicates that he would no longer be performing today at the VGMA Nominees jam happening inside Cape Coast today. Recall, yesterday we published an article stating that he has been added to the list of artistes who would be performing at the jam after he was initially taken off when a letter was sent to Charterhouse, the organizers asking if they booked Stonewboy.

Just yesterday another press release was circulating on  Social media again warning the public to desist from dealing directly with Stonebwoy should anyone need his services. The release sent out by lawyers for the record label,  emphatically stressed that Stonebwoy was still under contract with Zylofon Music and for that matter, the record label must be informed should anyone decide to work with him.

We mentioned in our article yesterday that, we didn’t know if Stonebwoy was finally booked the right way but because of the caption he had initially used for his post on Facebook, it sort of created the impression that, he still decided to jump on the VGMA nominees jam without approval from Zylofon Media, which explains why another press release had to be sent out again warning the public.

In a new press statement released by the organisers of the VGMA, Charter has announced Samini as the one to be replacing Stonebwoy as he was initially not on the list. The mentioned all the artistes who would be performing on the night without the mention of Stonebwoy.

As this stage, we can’t conclude if indeed Stonebwoy was taken off because of Zylofon’s interference or he did so personally or Charterhouse just concluded that they didn’t need him anymore—Or some cour threats from Zylofon?

Well, we can’t conclude anything but we would try and get comments from all camps and update you. Read below the full statement as issued by Charter House.
