“She’s like a sister to me” Throwback video of Mercy Chinwo’s fiancé hailing her resurfaces as they announce their engagement

Fans of Gospel star Mercy Chinwo held their breath when news spread uniformly on social media that she has gotten engaged to Pastor Blessed Uzochikwa.

The singer herself proudly broke the news on her official Instagram page on June 23 alongside loved-up photos of her and the handsome guy.

Hours after, some curious Nigerians have fetched an old video from the archives which captured Blessed pouring out her feelings for Chinwo.

He was heard saying in the short footage that Mercy Chinwo was like a sister to him and he loves her so much.

“I got to stop laughing. I love Mercy Chinwo so much, she’s like a sister to me. Amazing lady, very powerful, very anointed, so beautiful…” he said.
