Who Is Sharaf Mahama
Sharaf Mahama is the son of the former president of Ghana and current flagbearer of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), John Mahama.
Sharaf is a football lover who briefly had a professional playing contract from Belgian top-flight side KV Mechelen back in 2016.

Sharaf first publically displayed his football skills when he featured in ex Ghana captain Stephen Appiah’s testimonial match held back in June 2015.
Even when Sharaf was studying in Dubai, his love for football did not diminish.
He was known to frequent Asamoah Gyan’s matches when the former Black Stars captain played for Al Ain in the UAE top-flight league.
Back in February this year, GPL club WAFA, however, all football-related activities were suspended due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Now that football training, GPL, and Division One League is set to return, it is unclear if Sharaf will return to WAFA for his training.
