After several calls from fans, Sarkodie has finally provided some relief items to residents in his community amid the coronavirus lockdown.
The rapper has donated these items to residents in Tema as the nation nears the end of a two-week lockdown which may be extended.
Residents recieved bags of rice, bottles of cooking oil, mackerel, milk and many others items.
The relief items were donated by Sarkodie’s manager, Angeltown, on behalf of the rapper.

“It’s all love from the heart in difficult times like these…God will definitely see us all through this #stayhome #staystrong #staysafe,” Angel wrote.
Sarkodie is currently in the United States and he is unable to return due to the ban on flights.
Angeltown and his crew visited homes of some of the people including the elderly, to hand out the packaged items.
