The current Member of Parliament for Ningo Prampram constituency, Sam George has alleged that musicians Sarkodie and Samini took Ghc 500,000 from ruling NPP before recording songs to endorse the NPP.
Sarkodie and Samini have released songs in which they have endorsed the ruling NPP for their good works and have called for 4 more years for Nana Addo.
In a statement by the MP Sam George, noted that the political choices of Sarkodie and Samini cannot be trusted since they have taken monies and swayed from preaching good works rather. He said;
“Don’t be swayed by any funny endorsements people. We may love their music and groove to it but we don’t trust their political choices especially when they are worth GH500,000”.
