Man arrested after mother and daughter found dead in Warner Robins

A man has been arrested in connection with a double homicide in Warner Robins, according to the Houston County Sheriff’s Office.

The incident happened around 6:35 a.m. on May 25 in the 200 block of Woodland Trail. When deputies arrived, they found two women dead from gunshot wounds. Investigators determined both deaths were homicides.

The victims were identified as 29-year-old Re’Dashia Boston and 49-year-old Virginia Boston.

According to Houston County Sheriff Matt Moulton, the two women were mother and daughter.

29-year-old Rashad Williams of Cordele was identified as a person of interest. Moulton said Williams was the boyfriend of Re’Dashia Boston.

At 7:30 a.m., the Crisp County Sheriff’s Office joined the investigation and began searching for Williams. By 3 p.m., the Worth County Sheriff’s Office also joined the search.

Williams was found at 4 p.m. in an abandoned farmhouse in Warwick and was taken into custody without incident. He was arrested and charged with two counts of murder and transported to the Houston County Detention Center. Additional charges are expected.
