Former General Secretary of the Convention People’s Party (CPP), James Kwabena Bomfeh, also known as Kabila has noted that late president Jerry John Rawlings cannot be described as a good inspiration for Ghana.
According to Kabila, Rawlings, although having some positives, had his negatives outweigh the positives.
Speaking on Rainbow radio, he noted that the former military leader was a bad example who cannot be used to inspire the youth of the country.
“In my honest opinion, he had positives and negatives. But his negatives were far more than his positives. He showed very bad examples as a former head of state. This is my personal opinion. As I said, he had positives and negatives but in my conclusion, his negatives were more than the positives and so I will conclude that he is not a good inspiration for Ghana,” he said.
