The Police have revealed they would investigate the viral video of Shatta Wale firing gun publicly.
On November 20th, the self-acclaimed dancehall king uploaded a video of him firing gun publicly in the sky while threatening Nigerian artistes like Wizkid, Timaya, and Patoranking.
Since the release of the video, many have called for the arrest of the ‘Kakai’ hit maker as his shocking actions is clearly an offence.
Speaking in an interview with Andy Dosty on Daybreak Hitz on Hitz FM, the Public Affairs Director of the Ghana Police, ACP David Eklu said the police are taking steps to investigate Shatta Wale.
“If you fire a gun without lawful and necessary reasons it is an offence. I have seen the video I don’t know the circumstance under which the video was shot. For all we know it could have been tailored to create an impression,” he said.
