Fast-rising Nollywood actor, David Mela, has died after a long battle with an unknown ailment.
According to reports, the thespian died last night, Monday, January 11, 2021.
It was gathered that the Imo state actor allegedly started complaining of body pains around 12pm on Saturday, January 9, 2020.
Two days later, he passed on.
A visit to Mela’s official Facebook page shows that his last post was shared on November 23, 2020. The deceased in the post had disclosed that he went through hell but is still standing tall. See the post below:

Before his death, Mela David Dela was a fashion designer, model, and an upcoming actor with just a few jobs to his credit, a promising young man with depth and unequaled professionalism.
His first appearance was in the movie, Enemy Call ( 2018 ).
David Mela is noted for movies like Indoor Action, A man’s Ego, She is not perfect but I love her, sweet berry, I think I like you, and Romance Night.
He made a breakthrough in the Nigerian Film industry after playing a lead role in the movie titled Romance Night and has produced a couple of movies as well.
He started his formal education at Umcn nursery and primary school, Jalingo.
His high school education was obtained at Special science senior secondary school in Makurdi.
He also attended the Benue state university, Makurdi, where he studied Mass Communication.
