Mrs Mimi Andani Michaels, COO of NMJ Ghana, a subsidiary of The Michaels Group has been honoured as the Most Outstanding Woman Entrepreneur and Mentor at the Ghana Outstanding Women Awards (GOWA) held over the weekend.
A citation read in her honor by the founder of the awards scheme, who is also a mentee to Madam Andani Michaels stated “A true leader is the one that leaves a mark and inspires those that are around her and look up to her for motivation and encouragement.
Mentors are great gifts to define, shape and direct the steps of others. It has been a privilege to have such a wonderful, selfless, great, determined and hardworking woman like you as my inspiration to get to where I am today…”
Mrs. Mimi Andani Michaels has contributed immensely towards the entrepreneurial space in Ghana and beyond, as a co-founder of NMJ Ghana and founder of “I mentor U” and “Entrepreneurs Connect” both platforms for mentoring several young and budding entrepreneurs with her wealth of experience
It is therefore not surprising that her contribution has been recognized by organizers of the GOWA.
