A well-known figure in Milwaukee’s nightlife and entertainment scene was shot and killed early Saturday morning in a deadly shooting near a downtown bar.
Antwan Hogans, 52, affectionately known as OG Tweezy, was pronounced dead at the scene.
The shooting happened just after midnight near North Water Street and East Michigan Street, an area often filled with music, laughter, and late-night activity.
According to Milwaukee Police, four other people — aged 30, 32, 34, and 39 — were also struck by bullets. They were transported to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
OG Tweezy was a respected entrepreneur and club promoter in the city, known for hosting popular events and uplifting the local entertainment culture.
