Man butchers friend over GH¢5 bread
A young man violently attacked and sustained his closed friend with machete wounds which landed him at hospital battling for his life.
According to the victim identified as Laweh, who lives and hustles in the Yilo Krobo District of the Eastern Region, on his way home yesterday from work, he purchased a bread, incidentally met his best friend, while holding a lot of items.
His friends genuine decided to offer him a helping hand by holding the bread as they were walking, he realized his friend was nowhere to be found behind him, he took to his heels with the bread.
Laweh rushed his friend in the house, in an attempt to have gotten his bread back, the suspect identified as Dabi 24, uses his energy and structure to have denied collecting bread from Laweh, both tempers rose and landed into a heated argument between them.
Out annoyance, Dabi angrily pulled a machete from the house Butchered his friend haphazardly leaving in a pool of blood. Quickly he was rushed to Yilo Krobo District Government Hospital, where he is receiving treatment.
As it’s stands now the police have started investigations into the matter.
